Michigan Home Energy Rebates (MiHER) Program
The MiHER Program is now live - offering big rebates to help Michigan homeowners make energy-saving upgrades that even out temperature differences and cut utility bills.
MiHER is split into two tracks:
-
HOMES: Whole-home energy efficiency upgrades (up to $20,000)
-
HEAR: Electric appliances and home electrification projects (up to $14,000)
Who qualifies? Low- to moderate-income households get priority, but many others may be eligible too. Rebates are based on income and estimated energy savings.
How it works: You'll need a certified contractor like Ecotelligent Homes, a home energy assessment, and pre-approval before starting any work. We’re here to guide you through the entire process.
