Wow. I cannot speak highly enough about Ecotelligent Homes. We received really prompt follow up after requesting an estimate and their technician Tom came by in a few days to provide a thorough work plan. He was patient with my questions and willing to teach as he went around our home. He put together a stellar plan to make the most sustainable improvements and within just a few short weeks, the team was able to get started on their work. Compared to other experiences I’ve had, I really applaud Ecotelligent on their communication. They set realistic expectations, they have a team you can tell really take pride in their work. With dedicated Points of Contact on their teams, they give you a call, email, text, or whatever means of communication necessary to keep you informed on the project and make sure you’re satisfied throughout. I love the record and contract keeping e-signature format they use as well. MANY THANKS to Ann, Andra, Tyler, Kevin, Tom, James and the whole team for a job well done. The job itself was done within scope and they even saved us some money where they could. I know nothing about thermodynamics but I can tell you the house feels noticeably more stable in temperature and I will be watching my bills for the pay offs this summer.
